In Memory

This page is dedicated to our clients who no longer require our services because they have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. They will be missed by their families and those of us at Woody's Pet Watch, LLC.
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Katie O.

Logan was a great joy to our lives.  She loved looking in the refrigerator, walking the neighborhood, going to the lake, bumping the door open to the bathroom to be with me, eating, sleeping under the computer desk, riding in the front seat of the jeep and greeting us with a "woof-woof-woof" and a big wiggle tail-wag when we came in the back door.  She told us when it was time to go to bed because she was tired.  She knew what I meant when we walked: "let's go left", "right", "straight", "wait at the corner", "let's cross", and "go slow".   The house is just too quiet.  We miss her so dearly, but so cherish our 12 years with her.  Brock learned a lot from her before we had to let her go.  He misses her too.  But, I know she is running with Shammy chasing rabbits and squirrels, but this time the rabbits and squirrels are enjoying it, too.

Thanks for helping to take such good care of her while we had her in our family.  We appreciate your kind and compassionate care for our animals.

"I had the pleasure of caring and getting to know Logan for a good year. Whenever I arrived, she would greet me at the door with a smile and a wide brush of her tail. She had a beautiful coat and loved to spend her time in her large pretty backyard slowly walking up and back along the fence line or laying beneath a shade tree. She had a sweet way about her and I will miss her gentle demeanor."

Our precious Katie was a sweet little lap cat who loved to crawl under the covers next to my husband. She is missed!

Sadie C.

Nascar M.

Sadie was quiet little girl who seemed shy but warmed up to you so quickly once you got to know her. I enjoyed the quiet peaceful times we had last year when I cared for her and her companions. She would curl up at my feet while I read and watch the antics of her friends. No matter how tired she was Sadie always took the time to give me a kiss.

Cathy C.

I will miss the little squeal sound that Sadie made whenever she saw me and her soft sweet kisses.

Pam W.

I had the pleasure of caring for Nascar for a little over a year. He had good days and not so good days during our time together but always had a wag and a kiss for me. He was a wonderful companion to his family and very special to me. Most of all I will remember his wisdom, if all else fails take a nap.
Cathy C.

Nascar was a trooper and his gentle sweet spirit will be missed by all of those at Woody's who had the pleasure of caring for him.

Gracie J.

Charlie S.

I will always miss Gracie following me around the house as I cared for her other companions and especially during the quiet times in the early morning. I have many happy memories of all the fun we had in the back yard during the summer months. So much fun she would quite often have to be lured inside with a treat. She will be missed by many of us but her lovely companion Monique who passed away not long ago will be glad to see her again.

Cathy C.

Charlie was 19 years-old when he left for the rainbow's bridge.

Shammy M.

Wes R.

I had the pleasure of caring for Shammy for ten days and nights while her owners were out of state. I'll never forget how YOUNG Shammy looked when she ran outside in the backyard; she was a gentle hearted dog with a lot of love to give. Her eyes said it all and that was that there's no place like home. Shammy will always hold a special place in my heart.

Kathryn M.
He was so nice, kind and obedient, I loved him very much.

Emma R.

Sammy S.

Emma was a joy to walk everyday.  Although we did not have enough days together, I will always remember the way she would greet me with a "smile" and a wag of her tail.  She was such a great walking companion and I miss her still.

Kathy K.
I had the pleasure of caring for Sammy. She was a good natured little dog who loved to go for walks and drink water. She lived down the street from me and I will miss seeing her and her owner walk by several times each day.

Charlie M.

Wylee

"Charlie was about 16 years old. For all the inconveniences we've had during these last few years, every day was worth it and I'd do it all over again right now if I could be so lucky. He was our son. He was a strong little boy too, putting up with medical problem after medical problem like a champ. Very brave kid. We miss him."

Charlie's Family

My visits with Wylee and her compainions were always fun. She was such a happy girl and never failed to make me smile. I will always remember her bright eyes watching me prepare dinner and making sure it was done correctly. I enjoyed watching her run out of the bedroom and having a good roll around on the floor whenever I stopped by.

Cathy C.

Wylee was a great dog but could no longer fight a brain tumor. She went from an air conditioning eating, tree stump pulling young dog to a very sweet and gentle dog. We will miss her as a running partner - she once ran 13 miles with us. Now she is at peace and with her pal Cheddar.

We at Woody's Pet Watch will miss Buddy, he was a great little dog with a lot of heart and love for life and his daily walks.

Shadow F.

Groucho

Shadow was 15 years old when he went over the rainbow bridge.

Pam W.

Groucho was my very first pet sitting gig for Woody's; I'll always remember how social he was each time I went to check in on him. He was an absolutely beautiful cat with a gorgeous coat and who could sit so demurely by the sliding glass door in a striking pose. I miss him very much.

Kathryn M.

Molly C.

Henry

Molly was a trooper and never let her troubles overshadow being happy or wagging her tail.

Pam W.

Henry was a fighter and hung on much longer than expected.

Pam W.

Kenzie M.

Taylor G.

Kenzie was absolutely one of the sweetest little girls I have ever met.  She would bark in the middle of the night for no reason, but it just made me love her even more.  I will miss their little girl.

Mary E.

Taylor was my very first Woody's client I met.  She had a very sweet and gentle disposition, and was always very happy to go for her walk.  I miss her little Woo Woo every day!

Tazz was a happy-go-lucky lab. Always wagging his tail even when it was difficult for him to get up.

The above names are clients whom we have lost, but have not forgotten. Unfortunately, we do not have photographs of them to post here.

Tigger J.

Bud B.

I did not know Tigger very long, but he was definitely a sweet puppy, and I am sure he is chasing rabbits over the Rainbow Bridge with his life long companion who passed before I met him.

Mary E.

Bud always missed his family when they left town, he was easy to care for and we will miss him.
