Bio - Jennie J.
I was
born and raised in the Midwest. I was an only child growing
up so I spent most of my time with Charlie (German
Shepherd/Rot/Dane rescue) & Creamy (mixed Short Hair cat).
As a grew up my desire to be around animals lead me to
joining 4-H in Junior High. Once started, my life revolved
around my project animals on the farm. I showed heavily in
all local 4-H horse shows. I also raised and showed dairy
goats. During my 4-H years I also worked with my aunt at her
home business (HPCS-House & Pet Care Services) assisting
with pet sitting services. In 2005 I moved to continue my
education. I attended Kirkwood Community College were
I received my associates in Horse Science Technology.
Currently I am back home working on my
general education classes at UNO. I plan to get a bachelors
degree in animal science. In my home I have two pure black
kittens (Salem & Damien) I adopted this summer. They enjoy
taking trips to the park or local pet store. From time to
time I foster and retrain rescue horses from a horse rescue
based out of Iowa. Its always a wonderful feeling to give
rescue animals a new life!
I look forward to meeting you and your
furry family members!
